2023: APC adopts Amalgamated Support Groups as coordinating body

As campaigns for the 2023 general elections get underway, the National Working Committee of the party has adopted the Amalgamated APC Support Groups as the coordinating body for all registered APC support groups.

This is with an assurance of rapid economic transformation, security as well as employment for the youths.

National Chairman, Senator Abdulahi Adamu in a letter noted that the Amalgamated Support Groups will among others, collate and synergize the activities of all Support Groups across the 36 states and the FCT, inaugurate the executives of the support groups in all states and local government down to unit levels as well as organise workshops, sensitisation programmes on the manifesto of the party across the country.

In a related development, the All Progressives Congress APC has assured of rapid economic transformation, security as well as employment for the youths.

Former Director General of the National Directorate of Employment NDE, Dr Nasiru Ladan said the only person capable of achieving this remains the presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Dr Ladan who is also the Director General of the APC Amalgamated Support Groups made the remarks at the inauguration of the Executive Committee of the National APC Supporters’ Centre at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.

He noted that going by his antecedents while governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu has the capacity to put together a vibrant economic team that would create employment for youths so as to end insecurity in the country.

In his remarks, the National Coordinator, National APC Supporters’ Centre, Ibrahim Batati highlighted the core mandates of the APC to include, security, power generation, education, agriculture and rural electrification.
