Plateau Group Under the aegis of Fayemi for president has called on Governor of Ekiti State Dr John Kayode Fayemi to come out to Contest the forthcoming 2023 Presidential election.
Dr Fayemi Plateau support Group spokesman Arc. Nathan Bot Domben told newsmen in Jos at the weekend that Governor Fayemi has proven Democratic credentials to run for the 2023 Presidential election having participated fully in demonstrations on the streets of London against the Military Junta of General Sani Abacha alongside several democracy Advocates that forced the military to hand over power to the civilians in 1999.
Arc Domben said Kayode serve as a bridge between the young and old political class in Nigeria who is a promoter of Justice in the country.
According to him, going by his performance in Ekiti as Governor, Fayemi brought innovation s to his style of administration in Ekiti State and as such”Plateau support group for Fayemi wish Dr Fayemi be given opportunity to take over from President Buhari in 2023.” Arc Domben stressed.
