5 persons involved in a crash in Anambra

Five persons have been reportedly involved in a crash that happened in Amawbia, Anambra State.
The Sector Public Education Officer For Sector Commander Anambra State FRSC, Florence Edor revealed this in her release to the press.
According to her, “Unidentified driver of purple coloured Mercedes Benz Tipper with registration number AJI 285 YQ had a serious road traffic crash with the unidentified driver of a pickup Hijet Ash colour with registration number NSH171YJ at Amawbia flyover by Emma Pet filling station today 29th July, 2021 at about 1705hrs.
According to eyewitness report the tipper driver while. Speeding lost control and rammed into the pickup.
Five male adults were involved in the crash. Three of the male adults sustained varying degrees of injury and was rushed to an unidentified hospital by some good Samaritans before the arrival of FRSC rescue team from Awka Sector Command.
No death was recorded. The rescue team on ground managing the traffic and ensuring the obstruction caused by the crash is removed.
The Sector Commander Anambra State *Corps Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi* sends his prayers to the injured victims for quick recovery.
While he warned motorists especially truck drivers to avoid Speeding and ensure they keep to recommend speed limit.
