Netanyahu: “I refuse to accept ceasefire; Hamas must be destroyed.”

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, has sworn he will never agree to a full cease-fire in Gaza.

Netanyahu declared that the war in Gaza would not finish and that he would only consent to a partial ceasefire agreement.

He mentioned the 120 hostages that are currently being held in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli prime minister promised in a late-night broadcast on Sunday to destroy Hamas militants.

It’s no secret that Netanyahu was willing to strike a partial compromise that would return some of the people to us.

However, we’re determined to see the battle through to its conclusion in order to destroy Hamas. On that, I’m not going to give up.

His remarks may be interpreted as another blow to peace mediators attempting to bring an end to the conflict, as Israel and Hamas seem to be growing further at odds over the most recent cease-fire agreement.
