Amosun Pays Condolence Visit To Abiodun Over Father’s Death

The Former governor of Ogun State, Sen Ibikunle Amosun on Monday morning around 11.00am arrived at the Iperu Remo family house of Gov Dapo Abiodun to condole with him over the passage of his father, Pa Emmanuel Abiodun who died recently at 89.

The immediate past governor came in the company of Hon Mickey Kazeem, a former House of Representatives member representing Abeokuta North/Obafemi-Owode/Odeda federal constituency among other political associates.

Amosun after signing the condolence register went inside the house to greet Abiodun’s family after which he left immediately.

He however refused to speak with the press who swarmed him during the visit.

It will be recalled that Amosun and Gov Abiodun who used to be good friends and political associates had parted ways owing to Amosun’s rock-solid opposition to the desire of Abiodun to take over from him as the next governor of the state.
