General Ali applauds TRADOC’s efforts at ensuring professionalism in the Army

The Theatre Commander Joint Task Force, Northeast Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) Major General Ibrahim Sallau Ali has applauded the Nigerian Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) for it’s continuous efforts at shaping the values of the Nigerian Army to ensure discipline and professionalism.

The Theatre Commander gave the remarks when he received the Director Combat Development, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Brigadier General WM Dangana who paid him a courtesy visit in his office at the Headquarters Theatre Command Maimalari Cantonment, Maiduguri.

The purpose of their visit is to inform the Theatre Commander of the second quarter sensitization lecture to Officers and troops of North East on NA Doctrine 2022 organized by TRADOC scheduled to hold at the Theatre Command Officer’s Mess in Maimalari Cantonment.

General Ali pointed out the importance of the sensitization lecture describing it as a welcome development and also promised to accord the Director and his team all the necessary support in ensuring the lecture is successful.

Brigadier General Dangana pointed out that the essence of the sensitization lecture is to create an awareness to the Nigerian Army personnel on the content of the Doctrine and also to enable them collect data which would help in the review of the next Doctrine.

Present during the visit were the Deputy Theatre Commander OPHK Major General KA Isoni, the Theatre Logistics Component Commander Brig Gen EJ Ikomi and Principal Staff Officers of Headquarters Theatre Command.

The highlight of the visit was the signing of visitor’s book, presentation of souvenirs and group photograph.
