The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority has lifted the ban on any wet lease aircraft operated by United Nigeria Airlines (NCAA).
Following an aircraft’s inadvertent landing of passengers at Asaba International Airport rather than its intended destination, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja, the NCAA had halted their flights.
To make up for whatever discomfort the suspension may have caused, the airline’s management has apologized to its customers in a press release. The administration also guaranteed that they are putting forth their utmost effort to reduce the backlog of flights that were impacted by the aircraft suspension during the previous several days.
We are pleased to announce the lifting of the suspension placed on our ‘Part G’ operations specifications, which affected one of our aircraft. We want to express our deepest gratitude to you for keeping faith with us and for your understanding during this period.
