Coach Ladan Bosso is set to be re-appointed Flying Eagles coach and his immediate assignment will be to lead the U20s to next month’s All Africa Games in Ghana.
The NFF technical committee is yet to meet on appointment for the head coaches of the Flying Eagles and the U23s.
Bosso led the Flying Eagles to the quarterfinal of the FIFA U20 World Cup in Argentina last year.
He was initially promoted to the U23s, but several top sources informed SCORENigeria that Bosso will get back his old post.
Bosso was also in charge of the Flying Eagles at the 2007 U20 World Cup in Canada, where Nigeria also progressed to the quarterfinal.
The Flying Eagles are expected to open training camp in Abuja next week Monday.
They will feature in the football event of the All Africa Games, which begins on March 6.
