Dr. Dele Alake, Minister of Solid Minerals Development, has met with two legislative members at the National Assembly in Abuja on Tuesday to collaborate on driving the sector.
At the meeting with the Minister, Sen. Ekong Sampson, who represents Akwa Ibom South and serving as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Solid Minerals Development in his office. Also in attendance was
Hon. Jonathan Gbefwi, representing Karu, Keffi, and Kokona Federal Constituency and House Representatives Committee Chairman on Solid Minerals Development was present.
Alake said the discussions geared on how to drive the sector forward through effective collaboration between the legislative and executive branches of government.
