Amuneke Gets Bonfrere Jo’s Support for Eagles Job

Jo Bonfrere, a former technical adviser with the Super Eagles, has recommended Emmanuel Amuneke to take over as the team’s new coach.
Following the contract expiration of Jose Peseiro, the Nigeria Football Federation, or NFF, declared the position vacant.
For twenty-two months, Peseiro oversaw the three-time African.

The West Africans were led by the Portuguese to the second place at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Amuneke, one of the coaches most likely to succeed Peseiro, acknowledged that he has already submitted an application for the position.
Amuneke has what it takes, in Bonfrere’s opinion, to captain the Super Eagles.

“Yes, I agree that Nigeria currently needs a local coach. Not an immigrant, Bonfrere informed VON.
However, if Emmanuel Amuneke is chosen for the position by the authorities, the nation will stand to gain much. I’m really familiar with him.

He thinks with a very powerful mindset. He is methodical and technically astute enough to produce outcomes. In reality, I would be happy to accept the assignment if the Federation asks me to give Amuneke technological support.
