ANAMBRA TRIBUNAL: APGA vows not to allow Andy Uba smuggle in fake materials

All Progressives Grand Alliance, [APGA] has vowed to be more vigilant not to allow the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, [APC], in the last governorship election, Dr. Andy Ubah, to smuggle in fake election materials in court. APGA alleged that the APC candidate, Andy Uba has been boxed to a tight corner and was desperately looking for reasons to justify his court action against APGA candidate, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo. National Co-ordinator, APGA Media Warrior Forum, Evangelist Chinedu Obigwe made this known while addressing newsmen in Awka, on the readiness of the party to ensure strict processes at the tribunal.

Obigwe, who noted that Andy Uba’s plan to hijack the electoral process did not actualize, hence his desire to proceed to court, to know if it would work out for him. In his words, “Andy Uba’s claim that his votes for Abatete and Oba communities were not recorded has proved that he wants to replicate Imo State political abracadabra in Anambra. “I read a report credited to Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia that is the Andy Uba new parrot and in that report, they claimed that Andy Uba votes for Abatete and Oba communities were not recorded for him. “His reason for making this claim is because he knew that he used his devilish agents in the two communities to write the results he is now claiming were not recorded for him in the concluded election.

“What happened in the two communities during the election is already in the public domain. “I will say that the main reason why Andy Uba had the effrontery to claim that his votes for the two communities were not recorded for him is that he does not have shame at all. Had it been that he had shame, he will not be making such claims. “It is on record that there was no election in Abatete and Oba communities. In Abatete community, Ifeanyi Ibezi used thugs to hijack voting materials and wrote results of the election in favour of Andy Uba inside his house.
