The sister of the principal partner of Amobi Nzelu & Co (Chinenye Chamber), Barr Amobi Nzelu (Apo 6 lawyer) in Abuja has died.
Barr Amobi Nzeu is also known as Apo 6 lawyer, due to the probono case he did for youths among traders of Apo in Abuja, who were killed by the polkce years back.
Mrs Victoria Chidoka, Nee Nzelu, the sister of Apo 6 lawyer and the mother of a former Minister of Aviation, who also served as a Corp Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Chef Osita Chidoka, according to Barr Nzelu died Monday the 3rd of April at the age of 75.
Speaking to our correspondent at a telephone conversation Tuesday, Barr Nzelu said that she has lost one of her best and loved sisters and prayed to God to give them the hearth with which to bear the loss.
The Apo 6 lawyer therefore said weather it is good or bad, one must always give thanks to God, Who knows it all. Although he said that they can’t fight God or question Him, but he was quick to add that the wise thing to do is to succumb to the will of God, Who according to Him knows the best.
Notifying the death of hisother to the public in a facebook, the former minister, according Punch newspaper, Osita Chidoka wrote thus: “Notification of the passing on of Deaconess Victoria Nneka Chidoka, Nee Nzelu.
With pain in our hearts and unconditional faith in the Love of God, we announce the passing of our mother, wife, sister, and grandmother Deaconess Victoria Nneka Chidoka at the age of 75 on Monday, April 3 at her residence. Mama Osi, as she is fondly called, passed peacefully surrounded by family and our loving thoughts as she came to the end of her courageous battle with health issues.’
He said funeral arrangements would be announced shortly by the family.
“At this time, we pray for God’s love, mercy, and grace upon her and those left behind to mourn her. Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly by the family,” Chidoka added.”
