Appeal Court Dismisses Jegede’s Suit Against Akeredolu

The court of appeal’s virtual sitting in Akure on the Ondo State Guber poll has dismissed Eyitayo Jegede and PDP’s appeal against the judgement of the Tribunal that upheld the victory of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu at the October 10th 2020 governorship election in Ondo state.

The panel led by Justice Theresa Ngolika Orji-Abadua held that the appeal lacking in merit.
