Garba Yeldu, Birnin- Kebbi
The rally organized by Nigerian labour Congress across the country took place in birnin kebbi , kebbi state capital, presenting the letter to the state Governor comrade Nasir Idris represented by his deputy, senator Umar Abubakar Argungu, vice chairman of the union comrade Abubakar udu birnin kebbi said the rally which is peaceful was organized to remind government on the twenty six agenda reached between the organised labour and government on the need to fulfill the promises made.
Comrade udu explained that Nigerians are suffering as a result of fuel subsidy removal. Vice chairman urge government to as matter of urgency come to the rescue of the citizens who elected them into office.
Responding the state deputy Governor said state government will remain in the forefront in ensuring well-being of it’s people. Senator Umar Argungu retreated the commitment of the governor who is also a unoin leader during his days.
The chairman of the union comrade murtala Usman is said to be attending board meeting despite the importance of the rally. Sadik mutaba kebbi.
