National co-ordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, Evan Chinedu Obigwe has reacted to the recent online publication that Chinedu Obidigwe had been the problem of APGA.
Reacting to that Evan Obigwe frowned at the publication, and cautioned those who masterminded the act.
According to him, “I am not holding brief for Chinedu Obidigwe, the member representing Anambra East/West Federal constituency at the green Chambers or Norbert Obi, Anambra State Chairman of APGA but my aim of reacting to the above-referred trending news report is to expose the evil intention of those behind its circulation.
My first reaction is that the above-referred news report is fake and that those behind the concocted news report want to use it to create division among APGA stakeholders for the purpose of demarketing the party ahead of November 6th governorship election.
I tagged the trending report fake because it did not emanate from the desk of the most distinguished Senator Victor Umeh that is the Chairman of the party reconciliation Committee and it did not also emanate from the desk of Norbert Obi that is the State party Chairman rather the news is being trended in the media as an independent report.
To make matters worst, the independent reporter was faceless and did not disclose his identity.
Whatever transpired in a meeting involving the reconciliation Committee and other party stakeholders remain a secret until an official statement is issued by Charles Ifeanyi Obi that is the media assistant to Victor Umeh.
On this regard, the general public should throw the trending news report against Chinedu Obidigwe to the trash bin.
Like I said before, am not holding brief for Chinedu Obidigwe and am not in any way defending him but rather am doing the needful expected of me because APGA winning the forthcoming November 6th governorship election to retain Anambra State is very important to me and other genuine lovers of the party knowing fully well that it is key to the survival of the party.
Whatever transpired between the reconciliation Committee and the party State working Committee is not a matter for public consumption.
We have confidence in the ability of the most distinguished Senator Victor Umeh, the party reconciliation Committee chairman, Ozonkpu Victor Oye, the National Chairman of the party and His Excellency Chief Dr Willie Obiano, the national leader of the party to assuage the ill feelings of every member of the party.
The main concern of all APGA members is for Soludo to win the November 6th governorship election and it will definitely happen.
