In the recent appointments by the President announced on July 14th, Barrister, Dr. Mainasra Ibrahim Kogo Umar, fasci, mnipr, fims, fica, Garkuwan Matasan Nigeria has been appointed as the Chairman, Code of Conduct Bureau.
He is an International Analyst on Constitutional Governance, Diplomacy, Security, Education, Economy, History, National Unity and Democracy.
Before his appointment, he was Director, Legal and Corporate affairs at the Nigeria Commission for Colleges of Education where he served meritoriously and carved a niche for himself as a patriotic citizen.
