Friends, families and business associates thronged the Maitama residence of renowned industrialist, Prince Arthur Eze, on Thursday to celebrate the legend who turned 73 in a surprise party.
The visibly elated elder statesman who could not hide his feelings expressed joy at the amount of love he is being showered with.
“God is a wonderful God. I didn’t know I was going to have a birthday party today. I was upstairs when I was told some people were waiting for me.
“I had my shower then came down here to meet many people who have come to celebrate with me when I am still alive.
“I thank God that created all of us. I thank God for the Anglican Church which provided the platform for my spiritual growth.” He added.
In attendance at the ceremony were, Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion/Bishop of Abuja, the Most Reverend Henry C. Ndukuba, former Minister of Aviation Dr Osita Chidoka, Deputy Inspector General of Police, DIG Zaki Ahmed and a host of other dignitaries.
Prince Arthur Eze was born on November 27th, 1948. He hails from Ukpo village in Dunukofia Local Government area of Anambra State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian business tycoon and is the founder and chairman of Atlas Petroleum International Ltd.
