Ganduje Voices Worries About Benue APC Scandal

Alhaji Umar Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed his dismay at the uncalled-for confrontation between the National Assembly caucus and Governor Hyacinth Alia, as well as the state leadership of the party.

In light of this, Ganduje has filed a lawsuit for unity. He also pointed out that Benue APC National Assembly members had recently called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to step in and prevent the platform from collapsing as a result of the problem.

Speaking yesterday in Makurdi at the party’s rebuilt Secretariat’s commissioning, known as “Tinubu House,” Ganduje emphasized that the party can only move forward and concentrate on the State’s development if it remains united.

“We cannot sit back and watch as those who do not share the party’s interests undermine our unity of purpose. The APC, as the custodian of a new agenda under President Tinubu, is working tirelessly to restore Nigeria’s lost glory through unity.”

We created a framework for the operation of every office we have, including ward, local government, state, and zonal levels, after deciding to make the party active. We are honored that Benue APC built this structure. The APC is based in Benue. Ganduje praised the APC leadership for obtaining a suitable secretariat that contains various offices of the party. “APC went on sabbatical leave but it is back in the State.”

“Your son Sen. George Akume serves as the Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF), which is the central authority and primary implementer of government policies,” Ganduje stated, characterizing the Governor as a simple and amiable Reverend gentleman.
