Gaza war: Israel simply provides cease-fire requirement.

Israel has placed restrictions on any agreement to end the current conflict with Hamas.

The European nation declared that unless the hostages in Gaza are freed, it will not submit to any accord.

This was stated on Sunday by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who emphasized that until the captives in Gaza are freed, Israel will not consent to a truce as the conflict with Hamas in Gaza approaches its seventh month.

He made the remarks at the opening of the weekly cabinet meeting, coinciding with the start of fresh cease-fire negotiations in Egypt.

Netanyahu declared that Israel would not bow to “extreme” demands from Hamas, the Palestinian organization that controls Gaza and is the primary cause of the war on 7 October with its deadly attack on southern Israel.
