Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has sympathized with the family of Cosmas Maduka, the Chief Executive Officer of Cosharis Company, over the death of his wife, Mrs Charity Nchedo Maduka.
Nchedo Maduka who died at the age of 63 reportedly suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for over 15 years.
Governor Obiano attended the burial service at the country home of Maduka, in Nnewi, Nnewi North local government area, Anambra State.
The Governor who described Nchedo Maduka as a simple and God-fearing woman said she had faith in God till death.
“she lived a good life and I prayed God to give them the courage to bear the loss.” Governor Obiano said.
The burial was highly attended by personalities including the former Govs of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi and Lady Virgy Etiaba.
Others include religious leaders, friends of the family among others.
Various testimonies were given about the woman, Nchedo Maduka, for the indelible legacies she left behind.
