GROUP CONDERM BOSS MUSTAPHA SUSPENSION

A Civil society group Movement for the Consolidation of Democracy on Saturday said a purported suspension notice served on the secretary to the government of the federation SGF, Boss Mustapha by the Gwadabawa ward chairman in Adamawa state is politically motivated.

Chairman of the group Charles Edet at a press conference in Abuja frowns at the unwarranted attacks at the APC in Adamawa state by some persons believed to be in the payroll of some unscrupulous politicians who don’t mean well for the state.

According to him,”I find it extremely irresponsible and myopic” while the loss of party to the opposition is supposed to be a matter of concern at the moment.

Edet further said, “we are not aware that such visible political personality in the person of the SGF was accused of any form of disloyalty before or even during the election”

The Gwadabawa ward chairman Edet further noted is just looking for an avenue to witch hunt while writing the script of the opposition party and his pay masters.

The group calls on the SGF not to be distracted by “the ranting of the ward chairman and go about his duties of state assigned to him.
