The relative peace enjoyed across communities in the state can be attributed to cordial relationship these exceptional government partners have maintained in their relationship inspite of their diverse backgrounds which differs in tribe and religion.
Traditional rulers in Nasarawa State in partnership with the state government have always demonstrated cooperation with the policies of government at all levels to ensure stability of peace and security of their citizens ,which have become undoubtedly productive in the maintenance of peace and security,despite sketchy uprise in cases of crime at some point.

And in Kokona Local Government Area, the contribution of of Chief Lawrence Ayih has added tremendous development to the area due to the uncommon peace enjoyed by all tribes.In Garaku , the head quarter of the local government area settlers lived peacefully with each others die to the principles of coordination from the place of the Bags Toni who is a seasoned administration at the grass root level.
The Justice Sidi Bage leadership of the various traditional palaces leaves no stone unturned when it comes to security issues.The challenge is for the government of the day to empower the traditional rulers as it was obtained in the past where the police takes orders from the traditional rulers.
