At the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), Joseph-Antoine Bell, a former goalie for Cameroon, has forecast a “good game” between the Indomitable Lions and Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
On Saturday night, Nigeria and Cameroon will square off in the AFCON Round of 16.
Both countries qualified for the knockout stage after defeating Guinea-Bissau and the Gambia, respectively.
Bell insisted that the greatest squad would win the match in a conversation with Toyin Ibitoye, the former media officer for the Super Eagles.
“The best team will prevail in this exciting match that we are going to watch.
“What we’ve seen so far has not been terrific, so I hope Cameroon will step up its game.
Bell stated, “Of course they qualified, but you can’t compare the two teams. I hope Cameroon will perform up to par.”
