The Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris has approved the appointment of the following persons as contained in a press statement signed by Alhaji Ahmed Idris, press secretary to the governor made available to journalists on Wednesday.
Those appointed includes the following
1. Chief of Staff to the governor, Bar. Attahiru Macido.
2. Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Yakubu Bala ( Tafidan Yauri)
3. Personal assistant to the governor, Aminu Musa Danko
4. Special adviser assistant new media, Aliyu Bandado Argungu
6. Senior special assistant on protocol, Umar Shehu Baiti
7. Press secretary to the governor, Alhaji Ahmed Idris
8. Special adviser on media and publicity, Yahaya Sarki.
According to the statement ” the executive governor of Kebbi State, His Excellency comrade Dr. Nasiru Idris ( Kauran Gwandu) has approved the immediate dissolution of the Kabbi State executive council, boards of agencies and parastatals and all political appointees of the immediate past administration ”,
”All appointments are base on merit and track records of the appointments. The appointments are with effect from 29th May,2023″
He said ” The executive governor challenges the appointees to see their appointments as call to service and to do their best to justify the confidence reposed in them
