The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has urged applicants who are having trouble reapplying for the student loan, stating that all website-related technical issues have been fixed.
The President Bola Tinubu government launched the student loan program, but there were difficulties for applicants when they tried to register and apply. The program was designed to help students with their academic funding.
Students are encouraged to reapply using the site, according to a Monday statement from NELFUND on its official X (formerly Twitter) feed.
“Applicants/Students of NELFUND. Please return to the application page to complete the procedure or re-register if you have experienced any difficulties.
“The technical problems are now fixed. Additionally, it’s possible that NELFUND sent you an email or text message urging you to try again.
“If you try again and are successful, kindly let us know. If not, kindly get in contact with us,” NELFUND stated on X.
