Olamide: “I’m a leader; The word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary.”

He claims that leading others and helping them succeed in life is what he enjoys most about being a leader.

Olamide stated in a recent interview that he views everyone around him as brothers and sisters as opposed to subordinates.

“I see everyone around me as brothers, so the word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary,” he said. my sisters and everyone else that it’s not about me being in charge but rather being a leader; a leader’s job is to guide others toward success in life.
