Police Confirm Murder Of Beer Palour Owner In Kebbi

The Kebbi State police command image maker Dsp Nafiu Abubakar has confirmed the gruesome murder of one Helen at a beer parlour near Dukku barracks in Birnin Kebbi.

The late Helen owns a beer shop at B-joy in Badariya area.

According to the police image maker, the deceased was killed with a sharp object suspected to be a circoss choked on her neck, the murder was committed on the 30th of September 2020, after the assailants jumped over the fence at about 4 am disposed of her day’s sales.

Our source revealed that late Helen hails from Imo State and her murder was not unconnected with her rapid promotion at the business place, he added that she came barely two months but was promoted to manager when many others have been working there for many years.

However, the police have confirmed the arrest of five persons in connection with the murder and are being investigated at the State criminal investigation unit.

As at the time of filing this report, her corpse has been deposited at the hospital and nobody has come to claim the dead body. Before her death, late Helen worked in Abuja later moved to Kwanawa area in Sokoto State before relocating to Kebbi a few months ago.
