The Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has reassured that the next successor remains the former Governor of Central Bank, Prof Chukwuma Soludo.
Governor Obiano said every arrangement had been finalized to join the embattled National Chairman, Victor Oye in the Appeal Court, scheduled to commence hearing today.
The Governor stated this after he landed at the Anambra International Cargo and Passengers airport, Umueri.
Governor Obiano who expressed gratitude for arriving at the State after a brief journey at the United States said the landing was smooth and construction was done at international standard.
He reassured the party faithful to be hopeful, as the party would emerge victorious in the person of Prof Chukwuma Soludo.
Recalled that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, omitted the name of Prof Soludo by the Jigawa High Court Judgement, adding the name of factional candidate of Chuma Umeoji.
