Sunday Igboho leads Oduduwa Nation’s Rally In Ekiti Amidst Heavy Security

The rally for Yoruba Nation has taken place at Ado-Ekiti this afternoon at the popular Fajuyi park amidst the presence of heavy security.

The rally was organised by a socio-political group, Ilana Omo Oodua was led by the popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho.

Security personnel that were present at the venue include police, the Department of State Services and Amotekun Corps.

Security operatives were deployed to the venue to give protection and prevent a total breakdown of law and order.

The activists who gathered at the venue of the rally gave their full support for an independent Yoruba nation.

The agitators decried the state of insecurity in Nigeria and high level of corruption.

One of the agitators and member of the Oodua Action Movement, Olusola Oyemakinde, said, “We are here in support of our agitation for Oodua nation. Every one of us can see the state of Nigeria whereby there is no justice, there is lopsidedness and insecurity are the order of the day.

“The government of Nigeria has failed in its responsibility of securing lives. We cannot continue this way. Yoruba nation is the answer for us.”
