Actor Yul Edochie, who has generated controversy, has stated that he is not wed to Judy Austin, his second wife.
He revealed this in response to a lawsuit that his ex-wife, May Edochie, had brought against him.
May Edochie sought for divorce after accusing her husband of adultery.
Yul said in court that his friendship with Judy Austin was centered around creating skits.
He insisted that their union is not recognized by the law.
Premium Times reports that May’s legal team, led by Due Process Advocates’ Emeka Ugwuonye, stated in a statement that the current lawsuit in the FCT High Court, Abuja, which was scheduled for a hearing on March 5, encountered an unforeseen roadblock because the court session did not proceed, a situation that Yul and Judy claimed credit for.
