“Why am I unable to apologize to Falana, Falz” VeryDarkMan
Popular social media critic VeryDarkMan, often known as VDM, has denied defaming human rights attorney Femi Falana and his son, musician Falz, ahead of the court hearing of a defamation action against him.
Crossdresser Bobrisky exposed Falz and his father in a leaked recording that VDM posted in September.
Bobrisky said in the contentious audio leak that Falz and his father had been in touch with him while he was incarcerated at the Kirikiri Correctional Center in order to arrange a “presidential pardon” for N10 million.
However, Falana and Falz refuted the allegation and called for VeryDarkMan to apologize and take back his statement, which they called “defamatory,” within a day.
Before the substantive suit’s hearing in Ikeja High Court in Lagos on Thursday, November 14, 2024, the Lagos State High Court ordered VDM to remove the purportedly defamatory post after he failed to recant the allegation and offer an apology.
In a recent video that he uploaded to his Instagram page, VDM asked the Falanas to clear their identities and reaffirmed that the purpose of the video was to expose corruption in Nigeria. He also stated that he would not apologize.
“I just got to Lagos by 9:00 AM for the Femi Falana case against me at the Ikeja High Court,” he stated. I arrived in Lagos before then. Falz and Falana claimed that I had defamed them, as you are all aware, but in my opinion, I had exposed corruption. I see things that don’t make sense, such as the EFCC, which is supposed to catch corrupt officials, collecting money, or someone going to jail but not serving their sentence.
I made that public. However, regrettably, two individuals, Falana and Falz, whose names were included, claimed that I ought to have notified them before making such posts about them. I was asked to apologize. I’m not sorry because I don’t think what I did was bad to anybody. They should clear their name.
I tried to show them respect, but it didn’t work since they insisted that I go apologize even though I had already prostrated for Falana. Heaven won’t fall now that the court hearing is about to begin. I’ll share it tomorrow if I hear their names again. I have no fear of fathers. I don’t want to live in a nation where people should be silent when it’s their time.

Nigerian Politicians Are Blasted by Mr. Macaroni: What Kind Of Greed, Wickedness Is This?
The movie star said that Nigerian politicians have embezzled and continue to embezzle billions of Naira from the country’s coffers in a post made through his X Twitter.
“It is painful that some Nigerians have continued to defend the acts of the politicians who do not care about the existence of the masses,” Macaroni said, despite the fact that there are no consequences for the politicians’ actions.
The playwright referred to the theft of public monies as “greed and wickedness” and asked how the nation is meant to improve while its leaders are embezzling money.
“Nigerian politicians have embezzled and continue to embezzle billions and trillions from the country’s coffers,” he said. Even while it is unfortunate that there are no repercussions for these acts, it is heartbreaking that the people whose money is being embezzled still support politicians that don’t give a damn about them.
“How can you easily embezzle enough public cash to improve the lives of millions of people you should be serving without reservation?
What kind of evil and selfishness is this? When our politicians only want to steal, how is the nation meant to improve?
“No integrity!!! No sense of purpose!! No accountability!!! Zero shame!!! Just hardened criminals in office!!! How did the people become so hopeless?”
