In the video which leaked online orji kalu spoke in solidarity with Nigerian workers whose plight of late remain uncertain going by the high cost of living experienced across board.
He also cited the imbalances on the pricing war between the NNPC and Dangote refinery raising doubts and speculation around affordability which is taking huge toll on the economy.
He has however chosen to venture into other areas of investment that will create direct jobs that will be more impactful for workers.
His comments thus generated reactions online with people commending the senator been the first to demonstrate solidarity with Nigerians because he is feeling the pulse of the people.
His decision to fly commercial airline as an alternative is a big boost which has shownthat he is leading by example by stepping down the ladder, evidence of leadership Nigerians have long aspired to see been shown by leaders.
It also account for his magnanimity and acceptability by his people whom never cease electing him as senator and a true statesman who raised the bar in governance.
Even if he is part of the ruling party he never hid his disdain for the wrong steps been taken by policy implementers who seem to have been disconnected from reality.
This move will put in check wasteful spending on the alter of ego been displayed by the rich who never seem to care about the welfare of workers and the ordinary citizens.
