PAP: Smith reacts to Ndiomu’s plans for ex-militants, Niger Delta

The National Chairman, Phase 3 of Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, Godday Smith aka King of Forest, has commended the Interim Administrator, General Barry Tariye Ndiomu, for his positive plan for ex-militants and the Niger Delta region.
Smith, a former ex-warlord, who gave the commendation on Wednesday in Warri, also thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for Ndiomu’s appointment to oversee the Amnesty programme.
He also appreciated Ndiomu and Dr. Tam Odogwu for resolving the lingering leadership tussle within the Phase 3 of the amnesty programme.
He pledged his willingness to work with all members of Phase 3, to ensure that their desires are achieved, promising a very good working relationship with the Presidential Amnesty Office.
He said: “My appointment as National Chairman of Phase 3, was a unanimous decision by all Phase 3 stakeholders including  the past national chairmen Gen. Julius Joseph and General Tonye Bobo, at a meeting held on Tuesday in Warri. I am  now charged with the responsibility of overseeing the affairs of the Phase 3 beneficiaries.”
”  All members of Phase 3 have resolved to work together as a single unit under my leadership as National Chairman. Also, hence forth, as the National chairman,  I will be carrying out my responsibility as the bridge between the Phase 3 and Presidential Amnesty office.”
